All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, email, or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Tesh.com within 30 days fo delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Q. How long will it take to receive my order? A. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Transit times will vary depending upon carrier, weather conditions etc. In general, items shipped by the U.S. Postal service by Priority Mail are received with 2-4 days. United Parcel delivery varies depending upon proximity to the shipping point of origin. Our shipments are made from our Sherman Oaks offices, so the farther you are away from there the longer it's likely to take to reach you, but you should receive your item within 7-10 days.

Q. Will John autograph my CD? A. Yes! But you must choose the "Autographed CD" selection when you order.

Q. Do you sell cassettes or VHS tapes? A. Yes we do, but due to the declining popularity of these media, we are not likely to produce more than the stock we have on hand. When the VHS tapes and audio cassettes we have on hand run out, that will likely be the last of them.

Q. Can you gift wrap items sent to friends and family? A. Sorry, but no. We will however ship your items to any address you choose.

Q. What Is Your Return Policy ? A. We will gladly replace any item that you receive that is found to be defective with 15 days after receipt.
